1. INTRODUCTION TO DCORP
Dcorp is a technology company specializing in software solutions for restaurant and café chains, including POS, CRM, Data Warehouse, Android POS, Cloud System, E-Invoice, and Payment Systems. With a lean but highly efficient development team, Dcorp is looking for a Project Manager (PM) with strategic thinking, the ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously, and expertise in optimizing development processes.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Software Project Management & Coordination
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget for execution.
- Coordinate, track, and drive stakeholders to ensure project delivery on schedule and within quality standards.
- Assess, propose, and implement optimization strategies to enhance team performance.
2.2. Agile/Scrum Process Management
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Support the development team in adhering to and improving the Scrum/Agile process.
- Guide the team in adopting an Agile mindset and fostering a productive working environment.
- Evaluate and report Sprint progress, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize team efficiency.
2.3. Collaboration with Internal Teams & Partners
- Work closely with Tech, BA, Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure a smooth development process.
- Support the Product Owner (PO) in managing the backlog and prioritizing features based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and the Product Owner to address emerging requirements.
- Engage with clients and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.
2.4. Risk Management & Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve development roadblocks to maintain project progress and team performance.
- Monitor and address operational challenges during project deployment.
- Develop contingency plans and swiftly mitigate risks that arise.
2.5. Reporting & Executive Communication
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure transparent communication and accurate project updates.
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Experience & Technical Skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
- Proven experience working with Tech Leads, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth project execution.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions such as POS, CRM, and Cloud-based systems is a plus.
- Strong risk management and resource allocation skills.
